The cooperative society "Rīgas Motors" is formed by the decision of general meeting of members of cooperative society "Rīgas Motors", report Nr.1 from 11.04.87. At the Society of automotor-fans Latvian SSR, Approved the Charter of cooperative society developed according to the Provisional Charter of cooperative society on consumer services of the population, approved by the regulation Council of ministers Latvian SSR from 03.03.1987. The charter of cooperative society on rendering transport services to the population registration the decision committee Proletarian Regional Council of People's Deputies from May, 6th, 1987 Nr.244.
